Terms of Use — Draft
The research project
RateMyInfluencer is operated by Ampifi, Inc. The current project is an evaluation of a proposed platform for influencer collaboration experiences. It does not provide public reviews, creator profiles, reputation scores, verification, dispute adjudication, or legal advice.
Who may participate
Respondents must be at least 18 and authorized to describe a brand’s firsthand collaboration. Submit only experiences you directly know. Distinguish facts from opinion, and describe relevant context accurately. A disappointing outcome does not by itself establish misconduct.
Submission standards
Do not submit fabricated claims, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, malicious accusations, impersonation, spam, or information obtained unlawfully. Do not include private shipping addresses, phone numbers, personal contact details, payment data, or unrelated sensitive information. You must have permission or another appropriate right to provide any evidence, and redact unnecessary third-party information.
Limited research use
The form consent permits Ampifi to store, review, and analyze submissions privately for research and evaluation, including using the designated service providers. It does not authorize automatic publication or a public commercial reputation profile. Any future public use would require a separate review of permissions, notices, verification, and fairness procedures.
No promised outcome
Submitting an experience does not guarantee investigation, resolution, recovery of payment or merchandise, future access, or launch of a public platform. Respondent accounts are not adjudicated findings. We may decline, redact, or remove inappropriate or unnecessary material.
Corrections and privacy
Read the draft Privacy Policy. Contact support@ampifi.io for corrections or privacy requests. Marketing updates require separate optional consent.
Items for counsel
Final terms need legal review of enforceability, submission permissions, provider arrangements, applicable law, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and any future public review model. No governing-law jurisdiction or contractual waiver has been assumed in this draft.
